Two days workshop
This is the introductory module. Participants get in contact with the basics of Awareness Through the Body.
Prior attendance to ATB-1 is required in order to participate in any of the other basic modules.
Themes to be explored are:
Attention and concentration
Exercises to develop a sense for attention, to learn to direct and focus attention, and to build up the capacity for concentration.
THE DIFFERENT PLANES OF THE BEING
Theoretical and practical exploration to come in contact with each one of them.
Activities to develop awareness of the breath and how it affects the different parts of the being.
Explorations to open and refine the senses, and to be able to observe the effect they have in the different parts of the being.
Exercises to enhance the capacity to consciously enter physical, emotional and mental relaxation.
Introspective exercise to experience the existence of an inner and outer space and practice to be present in both simultaneously
