Ze bieden een brede basis waarmee men kan beginnen met het implementeren van Awareness Through the Body. Met deze modules heeft men de basis van ATB. Om je verder in het werk te verdiepen en ATB volledig te integreren, is het noodzakelijk om regelmatig te oefenen en door te gaan met de modules voor gevorderden. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ATB is opgezet als een cirkeltraining.<\/strong> We nodigen je uit om meerdere keren terug te komen naar de workshops, waarbij je tussendoor regelmatig oefent. We raden je aan om in ieder geval <strong>twee <\/strong>volledige cycli van zowel de basis- als de gevorderdencursus te volgen. <\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Deze workshops worden op twee manieren aangeboden: per module, in een workshop van 2 of 3 dagen, of alle modules samen in een intensieve workshop van 9 of 8 dagen. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;
