Ruimte, evenals verkenningen van Vorm, bevrijden lichaamsbeweging van gebruikelijke patronen. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vorm<\/h2>\n<p>Vorm is zowel de verkenning van posities en vormen die we met ons lichaam kunnen maken, terwijl we de effecten van deze vormen op het gehele zijn observeren, als de manier waarop we ons lichaam vormen om een innerlijke ervaring uit te drukken of af te stemmen op een innerlijke kwaliteit. We zullen het gevoel van innerlijke en uiterlijke symmetrie en het gevoel van As\/Middellijn verkennen. Bewustzijn en loslaten van innerlijke vastgehouden spanning. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muziek en Beweging<\/h2>\n<p>We gebruiken muziek om het ware luisteren te verdiepen en om een gevoel van tijd toe te voegen aan het werk van Ruimte en Vorm. Met het werk van Rolf Gelewsky: Geluidsstructuren als basis, zullen we luisteren verkennen als een activiteit van de stilte, een ervaring van concentratie. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Verkenning van het Subtiele Fysieke Lichaam<\/h2>\n<p>Het subtiele fysieke lichaam wordt ook wel andere namen genoemd, zoals: het etherische lichaam of de zenuwschede. Werken met het subtiele fysieke lichaam opent de deur naar een breder gevoel van realiteit en naar een intiemer contact met onszelf en met de gemanifesteerde wereld.
